I do carry a Part 107 Commercial Drone License. I want to be able to provide my customers with any options needed to give them the best photographs possible. That includes aerial photography and interior videography. Interior photography is edited all inhouse, we do not out source to a cookie cutter editing agency. Each job is unique and that means the editing has to be unique as well.

Options Upon Request

We offer other services such as Sky Replacement and Grass Greening. Night Time Photography available on a quote basis. Items not covered here can be discussed and agreed upon in writing. We want to do our best to make your property look the best and give you the best opportunity to sell and come back to us for more! :)

With more and more homes now being vacant due to foreclosures, virtual staging is in demand than ever before. Virtual Staging is frequently employed by homeowners and real estate agents to help show properties to their best advantage. A virtually staged home shows better than an empty home. As wonderful as traditional home staging is, there are some drawbacks as well. Actual staging can give prospective buyers the impression that window treatments or other furnishings are included with the purchase of a home. Home staging is also quite expensive. The cost to rent furniture and other furnishings in a down market with extended sale times can add up. This is where virtual home staging becomes quite appealing. If virtual staging is something that is needed it would cost $12 per picture. Which can all be worked out at any point of the shoot:)

Payment Policy

Thank you for your understanding regarding our payment policy. Due to the significant increase in check fraud, we no longer accept checks. Please reach out to us with your requirements, and we will provide you with a quote via email if you are in agreement, we will send a contract via email for a e-sign and a payment link following that for the required 50% deposit to secure your booking.
